Clos de Tsampéhro

Brut

Brut du Clos de Tsampéhro

Assembly

Tsampéhro Brut draws its inspiration from the history of great Champagnes, but finds its roots in the Valais with Petite Arvine. Its fine effervescence, patiently generated during its long maturation on laths, invites conviviality and sharing. Its richness and aromatic complexity also make it a perfect accompaniment to festive meals.

The design

Made from Chardonnay for its fine, elegant bouquet, Pinot Noir for its structure and aromas of red berries, and Petite Arvine for its dynamism and originality.

Ageing potential

The three blended grape varieties offer good ageing potential, particularly after the sparkling period. Once disgorged, the wine will be at its best after 3 to 4 years in bottle. Thanks to its four years' ageing on laths, this Brut has a fine, creamy mousse.
