Merchandise return

All return requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Hedonistica Sàrl is not able to accept the return of goods without prior notice and without its agreement. Transport costs for the return of goods are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed with Hedonistica Sàrl. Special orders cannot be returned.

Refund

Following the return of goods, a refund of the amount paid will only be made to the account of the purchaser of the goods. Postage and packing costs will not be refunded.
