GENESIS
Heida provides all the aromatic richness, body and freshness that are essential to the balance of the blend. Rèze, with its natural acidity and sappy characteristics, acts as the backbone of the wine.
DESIGN
Vineyard yields of 700 to 800 g/m2, hand-picked, crushed grapes pressed, settling, complete vinification in barrels for 15 to 18 months without malolactic fermentation. Regular stirring of the lees. Bottled without fining after light filtration.
EVOLUTION
Tsampéhro Blanc will keep for over 10 years, benefiting from the natural longevity potential of Valais white wines and the maturation of the wood ageing process.
Both racy and elegant, Tsampéhro Blanc is a clearly aromatic wine: a singular combination of exotic and spicy notes, with a slightly resinous fragrance.
